What's my process?
1.
Have a discussion or two with you to understand the symptoms of disconnection in the company from your perspective.
2.
I’ll conduct confidential 1:1 interviews with each employee to understand their relationship to management, true feelings about the company, their job, what’s working, and what could be better.
3.
I’ll analyze the findings and extract the core underlying themes that are the source of the tensions you’re experiencing.
4.
I’ll form recommendations for addressing the issues which you and I will fine-tune to your liking.
5.
We’ll have a follow up coaching session in several weeks to see how things are going and discuss next steps if necessary.
