Session Preparation
·     Depending on the plan you chose (i.e. Gold or Silver), we will meet together either once or twice per month. If you enrolled in the Silver Plan, we will meet once a month. If you enrolled in the Gold Plan, we will meet two times per month.

·     Sessions are conducted over video using Google Meet. It is a very simple platform with no special software/apps/meeting codes to download ahead of time. When you book a session through the Member Portal at daecoaching.com, you will receive an email confirmation as well as a calendar invite – both contain the link we will use for that session. Simply click the link and you’re in!

·     For each session, it is absolutely vital to be in an area that is private, quiet, and free from interruptions and background noise. If this is not possible, please reschedule our session for a better time.

·     Please make sure you have a strong and stable WiFi connection.

·     I request that you attend each session from a device that does not require you to hold it, like a laptop or an iPad with a stand. If you prefer to use your phone, please prop it up so you can be handsfree and relaxed during our time together.

·     Please set aside a few minutes before each session to let yourself relax and become fully present. Slow, deep breathing is a great way to start.
Scheduling

If you are a Silver plan member, you have three sessions to use for each three-month cycle (one per month). If you are a Gold plan member, you have six sessions to use for each three-month cycle (two per month).
Scheduling is handled through the Client Portal at daecoaching.com. To schedule a new session, click the booking link that matches your plan and find a date and time that works for you. Once you submit your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email and calendar invite which contain the link for our session. We will cover scheduling in more detail during our first session.
If you are unable to make one of our scheduled sessions due to a conflict, please reschedule at least 24 hours ahead of time. To do this, go under ‘My Bookings’ and select ‘Reschedule’. Â

Communication Preferences

A key feature of your membership includes email support. This means that if you wish to ask a personal growth-related question or share an insight outside of our sessions, you can! Please email these to me and I will always respond as quickly as possible. It is common for major breakthroughs to occur right after a session, so I encourage you to reach out to me as you see fit. I aim to respond within 24 hours, but occasionally it may take 48 hours before you get a response. My email address is jacob@daecoaching.com.

Membership Fees
Your membership fee is paid on a quarterly basis. The total fee for the Gold plan is $1,545 per quarter, and $775 per quarter for the Silver plan. When you enroll in the membership, the credit/debit card placed on file will auto-renew on the same day every three months for the same amount. To pause/cancel your membership, simply send me an email at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date, and I will cancel your subscription for you. There are no penalities for cancelling and you can rejoin at anytime.

Confidentiality
Our relationship and anything you say in our sessions will always be held in strict confidence. I will never repeat anything you share with me to anyone, anytime, anywhere. You, however, are free to share anything you choose from our sessions with anyone. Again, session recordings cannot be posted online.
