What are sessions like?
 

Each session is an opportunity to uncover more of what's keeping you from embodying the true you. No topic is off limits. Together, we’ll uncover what’s keeping you stuck and what’s interrupting your connection with the peace that is your very nature. Over the course of 12 sessions, I’ll help you take next steps in the journey of discovering and embodying the authentic you.
